Yes! There are a couple of different options for how to get the rust out (In the future use a stainless steel, anti-rust ball marker):
1) Dip a cloth in white vinegar
2) Sprinkle the rust stain with a little bit of salt and dab the vinegar-soaked cloth on top of the stain
3) Leave the vinegar-soaked cloth on top for 30 minutes
4) After 30 minutes check to see if the stain is gone. If there's still a little bit left, repeat the above process
1) Mix a few drops of hydrogen peroxide together with a teaspoon of tartar cream and baking soda
2) Apply the paste onto the stain, and let it sit for 30 minutes
3) Rinse thoroughly after 30 minutes are up
1) Blot the juice of a lemon onto the stain and saturate it thoroughly
2) Lay the hat outside in the sun until the stain starts to fade
3) Then wash the hat (refer to the FAQ page about washing the hat)
